One of the most interesting places I visited during my 2022 trip to New England, was to Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Woonsocket is a small town of about 40,000 which has a rich history of being a textile town. There are still several of the old mills there. The above photo was one of them. I don’t know what they are doing with it, but it is certainly scheduled for something.

If you find yourself in Rhode Island, the Museum of Work and Culture is definitely worth a visit.
