There is no one on this earth that sees the world the exactly the same as someone else. Two factors, Nature and Nurture assure that from happening. Nature is our genes we inherited from our parents. Nurture is the things we learn while we live our lives.

I don’t know the percentage of these two factors that contribute to what we believe and what allegiances we might falsely cling to during our lifetime. For me, my beliefs have changed dramatically throughout my life. Somewhere along the way I decided to make “Think for yourself, Question everything, Never stop learning” a foundation of who I am. I likely came to this point of view primarily due to some Nature stuff, including my Aspie traits, and deafness. They presented me with unique challenges that shaped my worldview.

If you come here often, I’m pretty sure I can get you to see the world from a different frame of mind. At least that is going to be my focus on RJsCorner’s new topic, “About Diversity”. No one has to be stuck with one attitude all your life. There are always different paths available, and many of them are likely more fruitful than the ones you might be on right now, if only you will try them.

Don’t stifle your life with others baggage and prejudices.
