Do I really believe in all that stuff? The answer is no, but it is kinda fun to imagine it might just be true. I would love to have some sense of myself in a previous life. Hopefully as each reincarnation happened I could bring back memories to guide my present life. Wouldn’t that be something.

As long as I am in this dreaming mode, I would like to think that if I was a good person in the previous life, that would make the current life better. The result of that would likely mean society would get better and better as time goes on.

One of my hidden hobbies is to learn about utopian societies. I live about an hour was from New Harmony, Indiana, which is famous as the site of two early American utopian communities. Like New Harmony, most utopian communities were based upon intellectual prowess. If reincarnation was a fact, I expect that there would be many reincarnationists inside those groups.

OK, enough of this off-the-wall stuff for now. But it is kinda fun to imagine the possibilities that these thoughts bring on.
