I was born on a October day in St. Vincents hospital in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. My mother who had her first child at the age of 16. She was 19 when she had me. I was told that she was in the delivery room for two hours when she decided she was very tired of the birthing process and demanded that I be pulled out with forceps. Thus I have one deformed ear and kind of a weird shaped head. While I admit that I have a big head, as I have never tried on a hat that was too big for me, I had heard stories of women being in labor for much longer than she was.
Lessons Learned:
My mother was an extreme narcissist who cared little about anyone but herself. That fact eventually alienated my three sibling from her, but I kinda took it that despite who she was I would not have existed without her so I owed her for at least that.
