I recently wrote a post about my Core-4 Category Collections that includes Reenactments, Stoplights, Containers, and Reflections. Reflections were meant to be about how glass buildings reflect what is around them. That still fascinates me but I think I have to broaden it a bit to call it “Glass” instead of “Reflections”.

Reflections still rank high on my list but other things of glass compete with that for beauty. The above is one of them. Over the last twenty years or so I have collected a dozen or so glass paperweights. You will be seeing them over time. The process of how the paperweight above was made from a hundred separate glass stretchings is fascinating in and of itself.
