Fear Of Being Alone…

-Rollo May

I have enjoyed solitude all my life. Lying on a dewey lawn on a summer night looking at the stars and dreaming about one thing or another were perhaps my most pleasant memories of childhood.

Even in my adult years, I cherished my solitude. If it weren’t for that very chance meeting in a hallway with my future wife, I would likely have remained alone all of my life. For the last five years I am once again in the LOMO (Life On My Own) mode and my creativity has soared.

Just by circumstances, I came across Rollo May, the author of the quote above. I am going to try to find the book he authored in 1974.

  1. Almost 67 years and I’m still looking forward to that chance encounter with my future wife. She seems to be playing hard to get.
