I can’t imagine the patience it takes to make one of these stone walls found at the Pleasant Hill Shaker Village near Lexington KY and there are hundreds of feet of them there.

Based on my experience with repair people and so-called craftsman over the last several years, I’m afraid the answer is more patience than most people possess today.

So true Bob. I am blessed with a couple of guys who do it right for me. The were the major players on our 2001 remodel of our 1925 farmhouse and have been around since then. Quality workmanship is a difficult thing to find now days.
