Living in the moment is something that has always been hard for me to do. For one thing I overthink everything, for another is that for the most part my “present moment’ is usually pretty boring. 95% of my last year has been spent inside my RetCom (retirement community) apartment. I have to proudly admit that I have done some pretty creative things inside these walls, but that seems to be waning for me now. I need to find something to re-invigorate that passion of the present.
