I have been a DirecTV customer for fifteen years now and have seen a lot of change, some of it even improvements, over the years. As I am writing this they had the Barrett-Jackson car auction from Scottsdale Arizona.  All the CEOs and others willing to put out the big bucks are there in person or via the internet.
