I know this is nothing earth-shaking to you, but I take the agenda here at RJsCorner quite seriously. It is the roadmap for the many words I put here. I’m sure, to you, it has about as much significance as … Continue reading The Agenda, It Is A-Changing … Again
I took a test years ago to determine where I am on the Intelligence Spectrum. That test gave me a number to know where I am on that spectrum. My number was 135. I didn’t think much of it at … Continue reading It’s Time For A Re-Label…
I am approaching 5,000 posts here on RJsCorner, how can that be! If I divide that many posts among this blog’s thirteen years of existence, that adds up to a little over 1 post/day. That’s a lot of blogging (over … Continue reading The Evolution of RJsCorner
One thing that annoys me is that the sit-down dining option which is basically the only option aside from after the meal carry-outs in my retirement community wastes too much of my time. Having a full-service sit down dining is … Continue reading RetComLife #17 – Other Choices In Food Services

The fact that the meals here cater almost exclusively to those who like bland unseasoned foods is a serious minus for many of us! Today’s Featured Entrée here is beef enchiladas, and they clearly state (not spicy). For someone like me, who enjoys a wide variety of tastes and seasoning, that is very … Continue reading RetComLife #16 – Cloud Kitchens & Café Dining
